Spring IV

I love spring! Actually I wouldn't call that spring, it's rather summer. We never had a cloudy day since the easter weekend and it was even pretty hot with 26°C... I was eating ice cream all day. To keep in shape I also did a lot of sports. I went jogging and biking the last weekend, and during the week I went twice to the gym.
On friday I met a friend from sports. He was going to meet two working partners from Germany, so I joined them for a drink at the Fass. I dashed home to get ready for the evening. My girlfriend wasn't here, so I did something with my friends. We went to the Domino Club, where we met many other friends... It was funny to see them all again! Then we joined a group of girls celebrating a wedding-eve party. This was really crazy. They wanted to see our sixpacks, so we took off our shirts and showed them our bodies. As reward they paid for some drinks and a Dürum Kebab...
I came home at 5:30AM and was tired as hell...

Saturday was great as well... After sleeping the whole morning I went jogging and then met some friends. That evening I was invited at a BBQ (the first in 2007) until we again went to town to have a spoon of chocolate ice cream!

On Monday I went to Starbucks at Bleicherweg and finally went to the lake to take a bath in the sun.

Spring III

This easter week was a wonderful one. It began on monday, when I went to training with my former coach. I tried to do the whole workout together with my training partners, but it was too much for me: I had sore muscles until friday... But on friday I took my bike out for a ride to get a bit out of town as the weather was beautiful. On Sunday I was jogging again and yesterday I did a short sprinting workout in the morning...

Last thursday a friend from uni made a party at his new apartment in Zurich, near Starbucks at Schaffhauserplatz. We were about 7 people and it was quite funny!

On saturday I met another friend from High School, so we went to eat Ice Cream at El Bertin. I guess I've been there almost ten times this week :-)

I enjoyed the sun at the Lindli and watched some movies after the sunset. So I've been in the cinema watching The Number 23. Yesterday evening there was Monsieur Ibrahim et les fleurs du coran on TV. I previously read the book, so I knew it was a good movie! All in all a wonderful week! ;-)

Spring II

This was another spring week where many things happened...

On the way to Zurich I met my former Track coach and so we talked about training and took a trip down the memory lane. So I decided to give my comeback today evening! The result you can see in the next post... On friday evening my former trainingpartner called and so we went to have a drink first at El Bertin and then another one at Surstoff Bar in Schaffhausen. We talked about almost everything...

On saturday I went jogging for 45 min to keep in shape :-) Then I went to Sihlcity in Zurich where I bought a sweater at H&M and some pretty expencive 55DSL by Diesel shades. Even as Sihlcity is quite big, it was crowded as hell this afternoon. After coming back to Schaffhausen I went to a friends birthday party to have dinner and some drinks... ;-)
