MSc in Food Science IV

Recently, I was up to so many things, that I barely found time to eat and sleep. I don't want to complain but I work up to 60 hours a week. The main problems are the presentations and reports I had to write for my studies as well as preparing for exams, working as research assistant, doing administrative work... To give you an overview about my projects, here are some titels: "Decreasing Enterobacter sakazakii food contamination level with bacteriphages: prospects and problems", "Optimization of a cofermentation process with Lb. plantarum and P. freudenreichii for high folate and vitamin B12 production in a cereal-based medium", "Understanding consumers' perception of conventional and functional muesli using soft laddering technique". Sounds good, isn't it? And the worst was that I also had to waste whole weekends working, mainly because I have to go to lectures basically from 8 to 5 and then catch the train back home and write reports, research projects and presentations.
